Ceramic powerless coke sieve
Ceramic powerless coke sieve is a new type of environmentally friendly screening mechanism with no static vibration. As the sieve plate adopts the design of flying eaves arch, the coke powder particles fall down quickly at the edge of the flying eaves, and the large particles of coke are swept away quickly on the top of the arch, and the novel material hierarchical diminishing sorting method makes the screening easy and accessible.

1. The sieve plate structure is reasonably designed, and the aperture of sieve holes can be adjusted quickly in three hours.
2. ceramic powerless coke sieve adopts material gravity for material sorting, no energy consumption, compared with the traditional vibrating screen to save about 250,000 yuan of electricity per year.
3. Ceramic powerless coke screen adopts our utility model patent technology (ZL 2021 2 2234859.7): ceramic screen bars. The service life of ceramic screen bars can be more than five years, maintenance-free and replacement-free screen bars in five years, compared with the traditional vibrating screen can save more than 1.5 million yuan of screen plate costs.
4. Ceramic powerless coke screen adopts ceramic liner in coke contact part.
92% Al₂O₃ hardness HV1100, up to three years maintenance-free.
5. The long life design of the product effectively solves the problem of unplanned downtime due to the replacement of screen plates and liners in the production process.
6. The ceramic powerless coke screen silo adopts gravity closed structure. In normal use, the silo is in a closed state, when the coke powder under the screen reaches 300KG, the silo will open automatically, and the coke powder under the screen will fall down automatically, so as to improve the negative pressure of the dust removal pipe and improve the working environment of the site.
7. Ceramic powerless coke sieve adopts gull-wing observation door design, according to Daimler automobile design inspiration and style, lightweight and fast, easy to observe, and provide fast channel for maintenance.
8. Ceramic powerless coke sieve adopts WELDOX700 high-strength steel plate from SSAB Company of Sweden, and the weight of the equipment is only 60% of Q235 material, and the strength is equivalent to three times of Q235.
