Goodbye, Mr. Kazuo Inamori

Kazuo Inamori passed away on August 24 at the age of 90 due to senility.
Mr. Inamori was the founder of two Fortune 500 companies, and was known as the "Sage of Management" because of the success of Kyocera, which he founded and operated for more than 50 years, and because of his role in bringing Japan Airlines back from the dead.
During his lifetime, Kazuo Inamori made positive contributions to Sino-Japanese friendship, and was honored by the China-Japan Friendship Association as a "Sino-Japanese Friendship Envoy".
Kazuo Inamori insisted on the belief of "altruism" all his life, he said, suffering will not be endless, of course, luck will not last forever, not forgetful when you are happy, not depressed when you are not happy, and work hard every day, this is more important than anything else, the eyes can look up to the sky, but the feet must be on the ground, the dream, the wish is big, but the realization is a must every day. Do a good job, simple, even boring work, you encountered the pressure and frustration, just is the best opportunity for self-cultivation.
Now that a legend has left, we try to peel off layer by layer from the pile of history and explore those indelible traces left by Mr. Kazuo Inamori.
Our company adheres to the management philosophy of Mr. Kazuo Inamori, with "Bad character, bad heart" as our company culture. We use ceramic knives made by Kyocera as gifts for our customers to convey the idea that our products should be made with a clear conscience.
