3. High temperature ceramic elbow: Densit® wear-resistant ceramic coatings, Densit® is mainly composed of aluminum trioxide and composite reinforced bonding system, no macro-defects, the strength of up to 130MPa, good thermal shock resistance, has a low coefficient of thermal expansion and high compressive strength, resistance to temperatures of up to 1200 ℃ (2190 ℉), and its core advantage lies in the fact that it adopts the cast or coating molding process, which can realize seamless connection and can be constructed into any shape. It is suitable for large pipes and elbows; fan housings; valves, mills and separators that are subject to severe scouring and wear.
