What are the characteristics of RSOTA elastic supports?
RSOTA resilient supports, due to their unique design, rational guidance and excellent elasticity characteristics, can be used in most vibrating equipment. The linear vibration of the sieve is enhanced by the rotational guiding motion provided by the four rubber elastomeric components in the unit.
The ROSTA elastic support utilizes a maintenance-free elastomeric grouping to provide support for vibratory equipment and can be used in a wide variety of applications or systems. It provides a driving force in the direction of transmission, thus enabling better linear motion of the vibrating part of the machine. Under load, the elastically supported moving arm telescopic mechanism allows the vibrating screen to have a large vibratory stroke, resulting in a product with a very low intrinsic frequency (about 2.2 Hz) and efficient vibration damping, thus protecting the structure of the system base. Due to the above characteristics and good stability, the strong resonance that normally occurs when a vibrating screen supported by a coil spring passes through the resonance frequency no longer occurs after switching to the elastic vibration support of the ROSTA type.
